Refund & Subscription Policy

This Refund & Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, cancellations and refunds work for Verrik. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans

Verrik operates on a recurring subscription model, billed monthly at launch.

At launch, Verrik offers a limited Founding Membership — available only to the first qualifying subscribers, on a first-come, first-served basis, at the introductory monthly price advertised at the time of purchase. Founding pricing remains available only while the qualifying Subscription stays active; if you cancel and later re-subscribe, you'll be charged the standard price available at that time.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and processed securely by Stripe. All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

3. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Stripe may automatically retry it. If payment ultimately cannot be collected, your Subscription may be cancelled or suspended, and access to the Service restricted until a valid payment method is provided.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. No further payments will be taken, and your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancelling does not delete your Account — for that, see our Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy.

5. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final. Except where required by applicable law, Verrik does not provide full or partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription periods — including where a Subscription is cancelled part way through a billing cycle. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Verrik does not store your full payment card details. You're responsible for ensuring your payment information stays accurate and valid so recurring payments can be collected when due.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you by email or through the Service.
