These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Verrik. By accessing, creating an Account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Subscription Policy and Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy.
Verrik is a subscription-based trading performance platform designed to help traders improve through structured preparation, journaling, behavioural review and performance analysis. Verrik is operated by D Fletcher Trading (Sole Trader), trading as Verrik, England, United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account or use Verrik. By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Access to Verrik requires an Account, authenticated via secure Magic Link sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, since access to it may allow access to your Verrik Account. Accounts are personal — you must not share, sell, transfer or resell access to your Account.
Access to Verrik requires an active paid Subscription, billed monthly in advance through Stripe and automatically renewing unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
At launch, Verrik offers a limited Founding Membership at an introductory monthly price, available to the first qualifying subscribers on a first-come, first-served basis. Founding pricing applies only while the qualifying Subscription remains active.
All subscription purchases are final. Except where required by applicable law, Verrik does not provide refunds, partial refunds or credits for unused subscription periods. Full detail is available in our Refund & Subscription Policy.
You must not:
You retain ownership of all User Content you create or upload — journal entries, trading notes, screenshots and similar material. By uploading content, you grant Verrik a non-exclusive licence to host, store and process it solely to operate, secure and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Verrik. Your Subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service — nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Verrik's intellectual property to you.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. Verrik is continually evolving — we may introduce, modify or discontinue Features where necessary, and the purchase of a Subscription does not guarantee access to any specific future Feature.
Verrik does not provide financial, investment or tax advice, does not recommend trades and does not execute trades on your behalf. All trading decisions are made solely by you, and trading carries significant risk including potential loss of capital. Full detail is available in our Disclaimer.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Verrik and D Fletcher Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, trading losses or loss of data.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total Subscription Fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may suspend or terminate your Account where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, posed a security risk, or where required by law. If you cancel your Subscription, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. Account and data handling on termination is governed by our Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of Verrik after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
